You may send email to us that you want to return your dress to us within 3 business days of receiving the package. You can make exchange or money back (we only will deduct delivery cost and you will pay for back delivery). The item must be in original condition, unworn with tags attached. In addition, Special Order items, Sale items are not eligible for return. You have to provide us with tracking number of back delivery within 14 days of receiving the package, or you will lose opportunity for exchange or refund.
If you want to cancel your order during production time, we will deduct 70% of your payment and 30% refund to you.
To return an item please contact us for a return authorization email (firstname.lastname@example.org), and write that number on the outside of your return package.
If your dress is damaged when you receive it, please contact us the day you receive it for a return label and we will replace the item. (only if you send to us photos)
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Bank Transfer as forms of payment. If you wish to pay using bank transfer, please download invoice in personal area.
